Our ability to provide LIP students with resources paves the way for them to have a better future that breaks cycles and barriers. Education plays a vital role in our girls’ lives. Research shows that Hispanics and Blacks continue to project low college enrollment rates and or completion of a degree. In addition, according to the Pew Research Center, financial constraints are a major reason why Hispanics do not finish a four-year degree.
