LIP Program Eligibility Criteria:
Young women entering 9th through 12th grade in the DFW region of Texas are invited to apply during the application period.

Freshman & Sophomores:
All underclassmen are encouraged to participate in the seminars and event opportunities. The information covered will allow them to advance in their academic journey as they work alongside peers and will better prepare them for their junior and senior years.
Freshman College Students:
The Dallas LIP program will also include Freshman College Students this year. These students will not meet eligibility for scholarships this year but will continue to benefit from mentor relationships and networking.
The LIP Education Series consists of learning sessions, volunteer opportunities, and professional mentorship. It enables students to learn and focus on the following:
